Cross-border insolvency: established the creditor’s affiliation with the debtor and lack of reciprocity and international comity. The case lasted 2 years 7 months, ending with a Supreme Court ruling on the second review.

Construction company insolvency. We entered the proceedings with claims exceeding RUB 90 million and prevented an affiliated secured creditor from gaining control over the debtor’s insolvency.
